Canford Health Care Nursing Home - Barty House Nursing Home - Pentlow Care Home
Through our Activities Co-ordinators, we offer therapeutic activities every weekday. We have use of a minibus and organise outings to popular locations and encourage individual activities such as painting or knitting.We have a library with large print books which are changed every six weeks.
The Activities Department also spend time with residents in their rooms, enjoying activities such as reading the newspapers to them and helping them with their post. We believe that we are the first home in Eastbourne to have a Nintendo Wii, an active games console which encourages movement and coordination as well as being mentally challenging, for the residents use.
