Fifty percent of our Health Care Assistants are trained to NVQ level 2 or 3 and our Team Leaders are trained to NVQ Level 3 in Direct Care and Management skills.

Canford Healthcare has its own training centre with staff qualified as Internal NVQ Assessors, Moving and Handling Trainers, a Nurse Training Mentor and Practice Supervisors.

Inglewood Nursing Home is registered for 60 residents. Our Registration Category is for frail and disabled older people, for those with a physical disability and those requiring post operative and palliative care.
